The Butterfly The sinner's heart is like a cocoon That shelters the butterfly Should it be battered to the ground It most surely will die But if you help to keep it safe With prayer and loving care You know that inside that mass A lovely creature's there Be good to your sinner friends Of Jesus to them tell Try to reach deep in their heart Where the beautiful creaton dwells You will see a transformation Right there before your eyes When the ugly dirty sins are gone There's a beautiful butterfly © Raylene Boggs used with permission
